Have yourself a merry little Christmas
let your heart be light
Next year all our troubles will be out of sight
Have yourself a merry little Christmas
make the Yuletide gay
Next year all our troubles will be miles away |

Once again as in olden days
happy golden days of yore
Faithful friends who were dear to us

Someday soon we all will be together
If the fates allow
Until then, we'll have to muddlethrough somehow
So have yourself a merry little Christmas now |

"Have yourself a Merry little Christmas" wurde als Weihnachtslied erstmals 1944 von Judy Garland im Musical "Meet Me in St. Louis" vorgestellt. |
