	Informationen zum Lied
	Der Text von "Stille Nacht, Heilige Nacht" wurde 1816 von Joseph Mohr in Mariapfarr (Lungau) geschrieben und 1818 vom Anrsdorfer Dorfschulleher und Organisten Franz Xaver Gruber mit einer Melodie versehen. Bei der Aufführung 1818 in der Kirche St. Nikolaus in Oberndorf bei Salzburg wurde das Lied nur mit Gitarrenbegleitung gespielt. Von den sechs Strophen des Liedes singt Libera die gebräuchlichen drei und zwar in der Reihenfolge 1, 6 und 2.
