	Der Song ist eine Zusammensetzung der Kinderlieder "Jesus bids us Shine" von Susan Bogert Warner (19. Jahrhundert) und "Jesus Wants Me For a Sunbeam" (eigentlich "I'll be a Sunbeam") von Nellie Talbot aus dem Jahr 1900. Beiden Liedern liegt eine Melodie von Edwin Othello Excell zugrunde. Ob aber beide Lieder zur gleichem Melodie gesungen wurden konnte ich bislang leider nicht rausfinden, ich meine es müssten zwei verschiedene Melodien sein.
